Adapt, Adapt, Adapt

I've worked in highly regulated markets, led large design teams (up to 15 people), and worked in fast paced startups and scale-ups.

Adaptation is the through line here. What I take with me wherever I go and whatever I do are solid design, lean startup, psychology, and leadership principles.

It's how I'm able to turn shy, timid designers into bold visionaries and leaders. It's how I'm able to take chaotic processes and ops into highly adaptable order.

It's the reason why key stakeholders, leaders or juniors trust me. It's the reason why my design teams are constantly praised for their work and efficiency.

It's the reason why my design teams can be highly critical and challenge each other.

Ticking a specific checkbox skill ("experience doing X") matters very little with someone like me. I fail fast, so I can learn fast. Adaptation.
